The purpose of the introductory meeting is for us to get to know each other and decide whether we would like to work together. As it is not for tax advice, I do not charge for it.
Online via video call.
Write me a message using the contact form. If a collaboration could be suitable, I will send you a link where you can book an appointment.
I advise solo freelancers, the self-employed and small corporations.
I do not take over catering businesses or payroll accounting.
I do not advise on pure income tax returns without profit income (self-employment, business, letting and leasing). Here, an online tax tool is often sufficient for processing.
If you are an entrepreneur, the income tax return is of course part of the overall package.
Billing is based on the Tax Consultant Remuneration Ordinance (StBVV).
After the introductory meeting, you will receive an individual offer based on the type and scope of services.
For self-bookers with LexOffice, the cost is usually easy to calculate, as many accounting processes are already prepared digitally.
Additional services are billed transparently according to time spent.
I enjoy working with clients who already use LexOffice, sevDesk or a similar online tool.
Even if you’re not (yet) using a pre-system, that’s no problem – I’ll help you set it up or switch to a suitable solution.
The only important thing is that we work completely digitally; I no longer accept paper documents.
I communicate with my clients by e-mail, telephone or video call. The data rooms are primarily used for exchanging documents and not for ongoing correspondence. E-mail is an indispensable medium in business life that has proven its worth over many years.
Write to me briefly about what you do and what you are looking for, then we can arrange a non-binding video call to get to know each other.
